Interdisciplinary Aerospace/Mechanical Engineer

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Applying advanced understanding and practice within multiple engineering disciplines to develop and implement designs, modifications, system health checks, aircraft maintenance practices, and complex system integration across military aircraft platforms; 2) Collaborating and coordinating with senior engineers, program managers, industry or government leaders, and other fleet personnel to effectively manage program requirements; 3) Providing technical and administrative insight to identify potential issues and recommend solutions related to aircraft maintenance as well as logistics and fleet operational plans; 4) Independently and efficiently adapting engineering designs, testing parameters, maintenance and rework methods, and project scheduling in response to changes made in fleet priorities, organizational policies, or safety and accuracy standards.
